Dress Code For All Servers

Young men and boys will wear shirt with collar, slacks,
dark socks and dark footwear.
Young ladies and girls will wear a knee length dress
with stockings and /or tights, collared shirt with slacks, socks and dark footwear. Hair accessories should be subtle and modest.
What is not appropriate attire for all servers?
