Registration is now open for this summer’s Archdiocesan Youth Conference (AYC) to be held Friday July 26 – Sunday July 28 at the Hilton Americas Hotel and the George R Brown Convention Center. 

AYC is a dynamic, engaging gathering of 2500+ youth from all over Galveston-Houston to rejuvenate the faith life of our youth, to help them get serious about life in Christ and His Church, and to learn the truth of the Gospel. It is open to all current 8 ^th graders through graduating 2019 seniors.
The weekend opens with games and activities in ‘Bayou Village’ then moves to GRB to hear nationally known Catholic Speakers; hear live music from the Francis Cabildo Band, and more. We will stay at the Hilton Americas Hotel Friday and Saturday nights.

Cost for the weekend will likely be $125 - $150.  The final cost will depend on how well we are able to utilize our hotel room space.  Additional money will be needed for Friday night’s dinner.  $10 should do it. Optional expenses include purchases from religious-themed vendors and the Sunday Mass collection which is used to fund 2020 AYC scholarships.  All payments will be made to St. Philip. There is no payment required when you register on-line.
